Media Centre

At Hotel Dieu Shaver Health and Rehabilitation Centre we do our best to provide the media, and in-turn the public, with accurate and timely information about our organization. We realize that healthcare continues to be the number one priority among Canadians.

For the protection of our patients' and staffs' privacy, members of the media must be escorted by a member of the Public Affairs and Communications Department or a designate while on the premises of Hotel Dieu Shaver. Consent forms must be signed by patients for video, photographs and interviews.

The Public Affairs and Communications Department is staffed from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Should an urgent matter arise, please call the hospital operator at 905-685-1381 and ask to have the Director contacted.
