Network Niagara
Network Niagara is an outpatient rehabilitation program for clients, whose lives have been affected by various injuries, including injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents and work-related accidents.
As a division of Hotel Dieu Shaver Health and Rehabilitation Centre, our interprofessional -healthcare team uses a person-centered care approach in assisting our clients with progressing towards their pre-injury level of function in their home, work, leisure, social and activities of daily living roles.
Established Reputation
As a division of a Centre of Excellence, Network Niagara has been providing assessment and treatment services to meet the needs of our clients, their families, physicians, and insurance companies since 1993. Our interprofessional team is committed to our philosophy of delivering excellent quality, cost-effective care, through our dedication to using best practice guidelines and evidence-based practice.
Network Niagara is a proud member of the Ontario Hospital Alliance of Assessment Providers (OHAAP). Our affiliation with OHAAP includes a strategic network of leaders in hospital based Assessment Centers. As an active member of this alliance, we are able to better serve the insurance industry and our communities by providing quality Independent Medical Evaluations on a province-wide basis.
Additionally Network Niagara is dedicated to working with the Work Safety Insurance Board, as we currently serve as a WSIB Regional Evaluation Centre and Shoulder & Elbow Specialty Clinic.
