“I was most impressed by a presentation done at The Probus Club of St. Catharines by one of Hotel Dieu Shaver’s audiologist, Lori. So much so, that I decided to visit their Audiology and Hearing Aid Clinic for a hearing test. I was in the service during the war. Lori informed me that I could apply for a pension to Veteran Affairs. Lori was incredibly helpful as she filled in most of the application for me to save me time. A short time after, I received notification that Veteran Affairs would pay for my hearing aids and I now have a pension. Lori was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable – she has a way about her.” - Robert Trinder
