From the launch of our new Hospital Information System — a milestone that has transformed how we deliver safe, timely, and coordinated care — to important progress on the next phase of our hospital expansion project, we continue to move forward with confidence and commitment.
At the heart of it all remains our exceptional team of staff, physicians, and volunteers. Hotel Dieu Shaver once again earned some of the highest patient satisfaction scores in Ontario — consistently reaching 99% and above. These numbers reflect more than performance metrics: they reflect the trust, dignity, and quality our patients and their families experience in every interaction.
